Ā

Why This?
Ā Ā Ā Ā In 2022 I was asked by my friend Jim if I would want to take over hosting a one hour radio show that aired on a local community station. I said, "Yes... I have no clue what I'm doing but, sure, why not? I'm not playing as much right now and I love music and people and songwriting so I'm in!"Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā I changed the name to Songwriters From Here And Away which is the Facebook page I've had for a long while. I've hosted probably ~70 house concert type shows over the years and that is where this podcast/radio/video project sits right now.Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Sometimes the show is just tracks from artists, with a bit of info on the artist thrown in, some are zoom interviews with the artist playing songs and now I am hosting the interview & chat session in a live setting with a small audience. This gives the artist someone to play for other than just me!Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Hopefully you will like where it is going. Let me know what you think, which artists you might like to here or any other ideas you may have. I value the feedback.
Ā Ā Ā Ā Send me a note!
Thanks for listening and supporting original music and the arts in general. Your support matters and makes a difference.
